Purpose of the Job:

• Manage the digital marketing platforms to support business growth plans within agreed budget

• Use digital marketing to grow the Raytec brand and reputation globally

• Grow interest in Raytec through engaging with our customers globally

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

• Manage and develop the process for generating sales leads and engaging the customer base using resources such as Act-on and Sugar CRM

• Build the Raytec brand through SEO, social media and web-based design

• Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

• Manage and maintain the Raytec websites

• Manage Pay Per Click Campaigns

• Ensure Raytec have the best possible website experience at all times

• Design and maintain the monthly e-newsletters

• Write copy for e-marketing campaigns

• Update and optimise all images for online use

• Create content for the marketing department including videos, blogs, white papers, webinars – including media/press (PR) plan and content – online and print.

• Arrange webinars and webcasts

• Edit and post content to online sites

• Fix and errors or bugs in online content

• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure Raytec is at the forefront of industry developments

• Support the marketing department with traditional media or event management when required

• Integrate our digital marketing platforms and third party platforms for the best overall results

• Design website banners and web visuals

• Creativity in design, branding & effective use of marketing communications


• Educated to degree level in marketing

• 2 years of experience in a marketing role
